Contact data: when you write to us by email at contact@sagavoyance.com or via the Contact page, we collect your email address along with all the information you choose to send us in your message (name, first name, content of your request).

Data entered in interactive tools: the compatibility tests offered on the site (name compatibility, love compatibility, astrological compatibility, horoscope compatibility) invite you to enter first names and, where applicable, a gender or astrological signs. This information is used exclusively to generate the test result in real time and is neither stored in a database nor associated with your identity.

Technical and browsing data: during your browsing, technical data may be collected, including the IP address, the type and version of your browser, your operating system, the pages viewed, the date and time of access and the site from which you arrived. This data is collected in particular via Google Analytics 4 audience measurement (see the dedicated section below).

Language preferences: a Next-Locale technical cookie stores the display language (French or English) you have chosen on the site.

We do not collect any so-called "sensitive" data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR (origin, political or religious opinions, health, etc.). The data you send us by email remains your responsibility: we invite you not to send us sensitive information.

Purposes and legal bases of processing

Displaying advertising: since the site is offered free of charge, its operation is financed by advertising (in particular Google AdSense). Finally, your data may be disclosed upon requisition of a judicial or administrative authority, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Data retention period

Contact data (email address and content of your message): retained for the period necessary to process your request, then archived for a maximum of three (3) years after our last exchange, unless otherwise required by law or regulation or an ongoing relationship.

Data from interactive tests (first names, gender, signs): processed only for the duration of the result calculation and not persistently retained. Any test history displayed remains limited to your browsing session and disappears when the page is closed.

Cookies and audience measurement data: a maximum of thirteen (13) months for cookies and twenty-five (25) months for the associated data, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

Technical server logs: retained for a limited period by our hosting provider, for security and maintenance purposes.

Your rights over your data

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over the personal data concerning you: right of access (to obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and to receive a copy), right of rectification (to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected), right of erasure (to have your data deleted), right to restriction of processing, right to object to processing, right to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal.

Protection of minors

The sagavoyance.com website and its services (psychic readings, horoscopes, tarot, compatibility tests) are not intended for children under fifteen (15) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors of this age.
